Delivery, refunds and terms

Shipping Policy

Free delivery within Bareilly city. For other places we will tell you the transport charge on call.

Ready-stock items are usually dispatched in 3–7 days, and made-to-order items in 10–20 days. We call you with the date before dispatch. Deliveries outside Bareilly go by transport / courier.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel before dispatch, the full amount is refunded within 5–7 working days to the same account / UPI used for payment.

Custom size or colour orders cannot be cancelled once work has started. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours — we will replace or repair it.

Slight variations in hand weaving and natural colour differences are not considered defects.

Terms & Conditions

All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees. Colours in photos may differ slightly from the actual piece depending on your screen. An order is confirmed once payment is made or we confirm it on call. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

Privacy Policy

Your name, phone, email and address are kept only to deliver your order and to contact you. We never sell this information. Online payments happen on Razorpay's secure page — your card or UPI details never reach us.
